Together we can transform lives

We have had one of our biggest and best MPS Awareness Weeks ever! So many schools, community groups and individuals took on challenges for their loved ones and people affected by rare and complex conditions. We have seen a sea of blue as we challenged everyone to spread awareness far and wide and you have not disappointed. Let's catch up with these amazing fundraising stories.

National 3 Peaks for Tilly

The amazing Thistleton family raised funds in honour of Tilly their daughter who has an MPS condition. Stuart, Tilly's Dad, along with a group of family and friends took on the National Three Peaks challenge raising an epic £6,680! A big thank you to Kingswood Park Primary School who created the MPS letters out of all the pupils, how brilliant! They held a Wear it Blue Day and raised £628 putting the total up to over £7,000!

The family have even been featured in their local newspaper and on the BBC. Thank you so much to the whole family for your incredible fundraising and for raising vital awareness for us, you are truly amazing!

Wear it Blue for Ethan

A massive thank you to St Stephen's and Broadstairs Golf Society and The Lockdowners for teeing-off in style for their annual Wear Blue for Ethan Golf tournament. They raised an amazing £4,780 for the MPS Society! It looked like a fun packed day and Ethan looked like he was in his element. We appreciate your support every year and cannot wait to have you back next year. THANK YOU!

Nantwich Young Farmers

A very heartfelt MPS thank you goes to Nantwich Young Farmers Club who raised an enormous £11,220 by putting on their annual pantomime. This year’s production was Alice in Wonderland and the proceeds have been split between us and one other amazing charity.

Nantwich YFC said:

We wanted you to know that we stand with them as they navigate this unknown journey with Freddie. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved and who donated!
