Takeda have produced a film for Fabry awareness month this April highlighting what it is like to live with Fabry. In this video Katrina and her family discuss their symptoms, dealing with frustrations of having to withdraw from life and how they eventually discovered they had Fabry after another family member was diagnosed. For Katrina, the guilt and worry for the future of her sons has led to some low times but trials and new treatments now keeps her hopeful.
