Following the success of our Fabry-specific conference in 2024, we are excited to begin planning for Fabry Matters 2027 that will bring our community together for a weekend focused on education, connection and all things Fabry disease.

Early bird prices for members
A reduced residential rate will be available to UK members until January 2027.
Professionals
We can offer two rooms for residential bookings per clinical centre. There is a limited number of free places for medical students, laboratory professionals and LSD Collaborative colleagues. Please email the Events Team to find out more.
Photographic consent
During the weekend we will take photographs and videos which may be used in our publications and on our website and social media channels. If you do not want any images of you or someone in your party to be taken at the event, you must let a member of the MPS Society team know.

What if I am not a member of the MPS Society UK?
If you’re not a member but have Fabry, please complete our registration form first before booking. Becoming a member of the MPS Society UK is free.
Will my ticket be reimbursed if I participate in research?
Thanks to a generous donation, participants who took part in research at Fabry Matters 2024 were able to receive reimbursement of their ticket costs. We do not have the same funding available this year, so we cannot guarantee that ticket costs will be reimbursed.
Will my booking be refunded if I can no longer attend?
Bookings cancelled through our Events Team up to 40 days before the event are eligible for a refund.
What if I cannot afford the whole payment now but really want to come?
There is the option to select Klarna at checkout when purchasing your ticket(s) to breakdown the cost into easy, smaller payments (subject to Klarna’s terms and eligibility criteria). Any payment arrangements will be managed directly between you and Klarna. If you have any questions please contact our Events Team.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate all requests, the MPS Society reserve the right to turn down any booking and will allocate rooms as appropriate to the number and needs of the party booking.
