Join us for the virtual CSAC open day and a great opportunity to learn more about the research we fund.
The Clinical Scientific Advisory Committee (CSAC) is a committee of members from medical, healthcare or research backgrounds who consider applications for funding for the best interests of our MPS and Fabry community.
Dr Fiona Stewart and Prof Derralynn Hughes will be in conversation with researchers to discover the stories behind their projects, how they were kick-started, potential challenges along the way and current progress. You’ll also have the chance to submit your questions.
We'll hear about projects concerning the causes, prevention and treatment of stroke in Fabry disease, how urinary markers could improve the early detection of MPS, the connection of physical activity and mental health and how breathing and airway problems could be predicted in people with MPS IVA.
