Save the date! Planning for Fabry Matters 2027 is underway. Join us for a weekend focused on education, connection, community and all things Fabry disease.
Centred around the experiences of people living with Fabry, this conference brings together patients, carers, clinicians, researchers, healthcare and industry leaders to share insights, foster collaboration and advance understanding of the condition.
Patient and carer experiences on topics identified as most important by the Fabry community and industry partners, will be captured throughout the event, helping address key data gaps.

Early bird prices for members
A reduced residential rate will be available to UK members until January 2027.
Easy payment
We have payment plans available for UK members. Please contact our Events Team if you would like to find out more about structured payments.
Professionals
We can offer two rooms for residential bookings per clinical centre. There is a limited number of free places for medical students, laboratory professionals and LSD Collaborative colleagues. Please email the Events Team to find out more.
Photographic consent
During the weekend we will take photographs and videos which may be used in our publications and on our website and social media channels. If you do not want any images of you or someone in your party to be taken at the event, you must let a member of the MPS Society team know.

What if I am not a member of the MPS Society UK?
If you’re not a member but have Fabry, please complete our registration form first before booking. Becoming a member of the MPS Society UK is free.
Will my ticket be reimbursed if I participate in research?
Thanks to a generous donation, participants who took part in research at Fabry Matters 2024 were able to receive reimbursement of their ticket costs. We do not have the same funding available this year, so we cannot guarantee that ticket costs will be reimbursed.
Will my booking be refunded if I can no longer attend?
Bookings cancelled through our Events Team up to 40 days before the event are eligible for a refund.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate all requests, the MPS Society reserve the right to turn down any booking and will allocate rooms as appropriate to the number and needs of the party booking.
